For our customers, 303web uses cookies to store user names for added convenience to the Webmaster. As part of our web hosting package, 303web offers password-protected web-based management tools. By storing the customers Usernames in a cookie, the Webmaster will not have to keep filling out form fields when they desire to manage their account. (The cookie does not store Passwords.) 303web is dedicated to using the newest technologies in order to simplify our customers lives.


Billing Policy

Refund and Disputes:
All payments to are non-refundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in’s sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS and /or Acceptable Usage Policy, you agree to pay an “Administrative Fee” of not less than $50 and not more than $150.

Payments and Fees:
Credit cards that are declined for any reason are subject to a $0.50 declination fee. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 10 days past due. Service interrupted for nonpayment is subject to a $10-$200 reconnect charge, depending upon type of service. Accounts not paid by due date are subject to a $5.00-$50.00 late fee. Accounts that are not collectable by may be turned over to an outside collection agency for collection. If your account is turned over for collection, you agree to pay the company a “Processing and Collection” Fee of not less than $50 nor more than $150. If you desire to cancel your account, please contact by mail, or telephone to our main number.

Violations of Intellectual Property Rights

Any violation of any person’s intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or other personal rights is prohibited. is required by law to remove or block access to content appearing on or through the Services upon receipt of proper notice of copyright infringement (see “Copyright Infringement Notice Information” below).

Copyright Notice Infringement Information
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, has adopted a policy that provides for termination of websites hosted by that are found to infringe on copyrights of third parties. If a copyright holder believes that there has been a violation of his or her copyright on a website that is hosted by or its subsidiaries, and the copyright holder wants to remove the website or disable the material in question, will remove the website or disable the material if the copyright holder provides us with all of the following information:
A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed is being infringed, or, in the case of claimed infringement of multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of such works.

Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the person giving the notification, such as an address and telephone, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which such person may be contacted.
A statement that the person giving the notification has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the person giving the notification is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Anti-Spam Policy

303web demonstrates its commitment to No Spam, by providing this statement. We will do everything in our power to ensure your account has as little spam as possible. We are committed to developing long lasting relationships that are built on trust. 303web will never violate that trust.

A WARNING TO POTENTIAL SPAMMERS does not tolerate UBE (Unauthorized Bulk Email) and will not allow our servers or services to be used for such purposes.
SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE): takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply this means that customers of may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Customers of may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties, including termination of service.
Violation of’s SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer’s account. Further, reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.
First violations of this policy will result in an “Administrative Fee” of $150 and your account will be reviewed for possible immediate termination. A second violation will result in an “Administrative Fee” of $500 and immediate termination of your account. Users who violate this policy agree that in addition to these “Administrative” penalties, they will pay “Research Fees” not to exceed $175 per hour that personnel must spend to investigate the matter. PLEASE, DO NOT SPAM from your account.
As our Customers are ultimately responsible for the actions of their clients over the network, it is advisable that Customers develop a similar, or stricter, policy for their clients.

BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY, anyone hosting websites or services on their server that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their server immediately removed from our network. The server will not be reconnected until such time that you agree to remove ANY and ALL traces of the offending material immediately upon reconnection and agree to allow us access to the server to confirm that all material has been COMPLETELY removed. Severe violations may result in immediate and permanent removal of the server from our network without notice to the customer. Any server guilty of a second violation WILL be immediately and permanently removed from our network without notice.
